WELCOME...   Our community has faced many financial challenges recently. During this economic downturn, some cities in our valley eliminated road repair and park maintenance, cut back police and library services, or raised taxes to offset deficits. Los Gatos has maintained essential services while balancing our budget. We dedicated our new police operations center, began construction on our new library,and are ramping up our new sports park, all without raising taxes. I am proud to have played a significant role in maintaining and expanding services to our community.   Los Gatos has been successful because of the rapport among Councilmembers, and the professionalism of our town management and staff. As an educator and family therapist, coherent communication and problem resolution have been my orientation, and I bring these characteristics to my role as senior Councilmember. I feel my expertise has complemented that of my Council peers in such a way that our Town has truly benefited.   I look forward to working with our vibrant and evolving community over the next four years to sustain our quality of life and continue to make Los Gatos the best place to live, work and raise a family.   I ask for your support and your vote on November 2nd.
